摘    要:为研制变排量非对称轴向柱塞泵,依据三配流窗口轴向柱塞泵的配流思想,提出基于斜盘摆角位置反馈的排量控制方案,建立变排量非对称轴向柱塞泵的数学模型,对其频率响应影响因素进行分析。通过AMESim对该泵的变排量特性进行研究,仿真结果表明:当配流窗口A吸油、配流窗口B和T排油时,柱塞对斜盘的合力作用点轨迹具有较长的作用力臂,若配流窗口B和T压差过大,则斜盘摆角减小时响应将显著降低;当配流窗口B和T吸油、配流窗口A排油时,柱塞对斜盘的合力作用点轨迹与对称式轴向柱塞泵相似,配流窗口A压力对斜盘响应影响较小。通过试验验证了仿真模型的正确性,同时试验表明该泵具有较好的动态特性。

Abstract:In order to develop a variable-displacement asymmetric axial piston pump, according to the idea about flow distribution of axial piston pump with three flow distribution windows, a displacement control scheme based on the swashplate angle position feedback is proposed. The mathematical model of the pump is established and the factors affecting its frequency response are analyzed. In this paper, the dynamic characteristics are studied with AMESim. The simulation results show that when the distribution window A intakes oil, as well the distribution windows B and T deliver oil, the trajectory of resultant force point of pistons on the swash plate has a long force arm. If the pressure difference between the distribution window B and T is too large, the response of the swashplate will be significantly reduced in the process of the swashplate angle reducing. When the distribution windows B and T intake oil, simultaneously the distribution window A delivers oil, the trajectory of resultant force point of pistons on the swash plate is similar to that of the symmetrical axial piston pump. The pressure of distribution window A has less influence on the swashplate response. The validity of the simulation model is verified by the test. At the same time, the test shows that the pump has good dynamic characteristics.
