螺杆桩机液压式动力头恒功率系统的设计与仿真

摘    要:针对双电机驱动式螺杆桩机动力头扭矩低,转速不均等问题,提出桩机动力头液压系统设计要求及控制策略,并在此基础上设计了基于恒功率泵的全液压桩机动力头回转机构液压系统。利用AMESim对该系统进行建模,并在斜坡负载、带负载启动和突变负载工况下对该系统性能仿真分析,得到3种工况下动力头回转系统压力仿真曲线、动力头负载扭矩与输出扭矩关系曲线和动力头转速曲线。仿真结果表明,所设计的液压系统输出压力稳定,且能随负载变化进行转速和扭矩调节,能够保证桩机在工作过程的稳定性。

Abstract: Aimed at problems of low torque and uneven speed of power head of double-motor driven screw pile machine, design requirements and control strategy of hydraulic system of pile head power head are proposed. A hydraulic system of power head rotation of pile machine based on constant power pump is designed. The system is modeled by AMESim, and the performance of the system is simulated under ramp load, load start and sudden load conditions. The pressure simulation curve, torque curve and power head speed curve, power head load torque and output of the power head slewing system under three working conditions are obtained. The simulation results show that the designed hydraulic systems output pressure is stable, and the speed and torque can be adjusted with the load change, which can ensure the stability of pile machine during working process.
