| 摘 要： | 通过对ECDP改性,使ECDP纤维具有抗起球性能,重点考察了抗起球剂的加入对聚合和纺丝的影响,以及它对各种性能的影响。由实验可知,抗起球剂加入量为0.05%~0.3%可合成AP-ECDP切片。该切片具有良好的可纺性和拉伸性能,其纤维产品具有良好的市场前景。

| Abstract: | By the modification on ECDP,the ECDP fiber has the anti-pilling property.The effects of the adding of anti-pilling agent on polymerization,spinning and other fiber properties were studied emphasisly.It was showed by the experiment that the AP-ECDP chip can be synthesised when the anti-pilling agent addtion is 0.05%～0.3%.The chip has better spinnability and drawing ability.Its fiber has better market prospect. |
