| 摘 要： | 运用齿轮啮合原理,以矢量和矩阵为工具,研究了采用滚切修正法加工汽车后桥主传动螺旋锥齿轮的切齿参数调整计算方法,用VC++编制了切齿调整计算程序进行仿真分析,并进行了实例计算.结果表明,采用该计算方法得到的切齿调整参数可以使螺旋锥齿轮副获得良好的接触区形态.

| Abstract: | Using the meshing principle of gear wheel and taking vector and matrix as tools,an adjusting calculation method for cutting parameters of spiral gear during the processing of main transmission bevel gear with rolling modification method is researched.An adjusting calculation program has been developed using Microsoft VC++.A calculation experiment is done using the program.It shows that a good contact zone has been obtained using the cutting parameters calculated by the method. |
