| 摘 要： | 采用80tLD+LF+VD+(250mm*280mm)CC生产提速铁路车辆用弹簧钢60Si2CrVAT的工艺实践表明,钢的清洁度为[O]6×10-6,[S]0.003%,[P]0.010%,,非金属夹杂≤0.5级,力学性能符合标准要求。

| Abstract: | The production practice of spring steel 60Si 2 CrVAT for high speed railway vehicle by 80t LD +LF+VD +(250 mm*280 mm) concasting process showed that oxygen content in steel was 6×10-6,S 0.003% and P 0.010%,Non metallic inclusions≤0.5 and the mechanical properties meet the requirements of relevant standard. |
