本文介绍西门子MM440变频器在自动化立体仓库中堆垛机上的应用，着重介绍MM440变频器在堆垛机行走机构驱动中的应用。由于在堆垛机控制系统中采用西门子MM440变频器闭环调速，通过PROFIBUS总线与PLC通讯，实现了无冲击的平稳机械动作以及缩短停于目标位置时低速爬行时间，从而大幅度地缩短了堆垛机的作业周期时间，使系统效能得到了显著提高。

A MM440 Application on Stacking Cranes in Stereoscopic Warehouses

This article introduces the application of SIEMENS MM440 inverters on stacking cranes in stereoscopic warehouses. The main focus is on the using of MM440 inverters in the stacking crane driving system. With the close loop speed control by MM440 and communications between MM440 and PLC via PROFIBUS, the cranes move smoothly with no impact and need less crawling time when closing to the target in low speed. The system efficiency has been significantly enhanced for the less operation time.
