摘    要:介绍了一种折叠式MCU(可更换标准设备)航空电子设备通用机箱结构设计,对机箱设计标准、设计要求及详细方案,热、振、电磁兼容专题设计与分析,定制开发思路进行了全面阐述.该通用机箱为独立LRU(现场可更换设备),采用折叠开放式总体方案,左右侧门可绕主体框架上的转轴展开.机箱外形及对外机械、电气接口满足HB7390标准的民用飞机电子设备接口要求.其产品和设计方案可供现代军、民用航空电子设备参考或选用.

Abstract:This paper introduces the structure design about a kind of folded MCU(modular concept unit) uni-versal case of airborne electronic equipment. The case design standard, requirements and detailed solution, analysis of heat, vibration, electromagnetic compatibility and their design ideas are described. This case is an independent LRU(line replaceable unit), has open system structure, its left and right side door can turn around the case shaft. It''s shape, size, outward mechanical and electrical connectors agree with the connector requirements about civil airplane eectronic equipment in HB7390 standard. The products and their design ideas have reference value for modern military and civil airborne electronic equipment.
