国外城市历史遗产保护制度体系综述

城市历史遗产保护是一项系统工程。保护制度体系的建立和完善是遗产保护事业得以可持续发展的关键。在这个领域,目前我国仍然处在探索阶段,还需要汲取国外成功的经验。本文对国外主要国家历史文化遗产保护管理制度方面的经验进行了全面总结,涉及"保护法律建设、保护资金保障体系建设、保护管理制度建设以及公众参与体系建设"等方面,旨在对当前我国城市历史文化遗产保护的制度化建设有所借鉴和启示。

The protection of historical and cultural heritage in the city is a huge systematic project.It is very important for the sustainable development of historical and cultural heritage with a perfect protection system.At present,the protection of historical and cultural heritage of our country is still in the exploratory stage.How to achieve the sustainable development of historical and cultural heritage needs to learn from successful experiences abroad.In this paper,the major countries of foreign historical and cultural heritage protection and management conducted a comprehensive summary of the work,from "the protection of legal construction,the protection of capital construction security system,the protection of management system and the protection of personnel training system construction".So summed up the experience of the one aims historical and cultural heritage of our country has been drawing on the protection of historical and cultural heritage protection and management mechanisms to improve some inspiration.
