| Abstract: | This paper firstly summarizes the advantages of CMOS image sensor,introduces the latest market information of CMOS products and indicates some pertinent improved measures and technologies for weaknesses of CMOS image sensor in practical application. Finally the article expects the measurable future trend that CMOS image sensors will definitely substitute CCD image sensors in practice. |
