烧结点火模糊控制

摘    要:针对烧结点火控制,综合考虑强度、温度对点火质量的影响,提出一种强度控制、温度辅控方案。为进一步提高控制质量,燃气、空气回路采用Fuzzy-PID复合控制,空/燃比可在线变步长寻优。

Abstract:In view of the control of sinter ignitor,a scheme with igniting strength as the main control and igniting temperature as the supplementary control is proposed.In order to improve the control quality,the compounded Fuzzy-PID control is used in fuel and air loops,and the air/Juel ratio can be self-optimizing on line.
