空调器室外机组防护网对气动噪声影响的试验研究

摘    要:采用试验研究的方法,研究了某型空调器室外机组防护网对气动噪声的影响.测量发现,防护网钢丝直径对噪声频谱分布有重要的影响.因此,空调器室外机组设计过程中,控制风扇出口气流速度与防护网钢丝直径的匹配,是降低空调器室外机组噪声的一种有效手段.

Abstract:The effect of protecting mesh of air conditioner outdoor unit on aerodynamic noise is studied with experimental method. Test result shows that, there are important effect of protecting mesh diameter on noise spectrum distirbution. Thus during design of air conditioner outdoor unit, the matching about fan exit flow velocity and wire diameter of protecting mesh is an important method for decreasing noise.
