空间双曲金属屋面与外挂装饰板复合系统的应用研究

摘    要:通过某文化艺术馆空间双曲PVC防水卷材金属屋面与外挂不锈钢蜂窝板屋面幕墙系统的设计、施工实践,阐述屋面幕墙系统选择、造型各异的屋面板及与面板弧度一致的铝合金圆管加工,运用无模多点成型技术对不锈钢蜂窝板加工,屋面幕墙系统三维空间控制定位安装技术,为该屋面类幕墙系统设计、加工、安装提供指南.

Abstract:Through the case study of Culture Museum Project,which includes the design and installation of space with double-curved PVC water-proof roof system and exterior S.S hanging honeycomb roof system,this paper elaborates how to chose roof system and how to conduct the fabrication of irregular roof panel and aluminum piping with the same curve as panel.Multi point forming technology is introduced into the fabrication of S.S honeycomb panel and 3D technology was used to control the accurate positioning of roof installation.With the development and application of 3D and computer technology in the construction,this paper has provided a guide in practice for the design,fabrication and installation of roof and curtain wall system.
