基于参数化L系统的植物结构模型可视化模拟

摘    要:植物学家归纳出的植物结构模型,规定了植物形态发生的方式以及植物生长的最终结构.根据结构模型进行植物建模可以精确描述植物的结构特点,可视化模拟其生长过程.探讨了利用参数化L系统生成这些结构模型的方法以及基于这些模型的植物形态可视化模拟,给出了模拟这些结构模型所需的L系统的迭代公理和若干产生式参数.在模拟具体植物时,该方法可以方便、快速地生成植物的空间结构.

Abstract:Botanists have presented twenty-three plants architectural models,which are very important for visually modeling plant growth.According to those models,plant architectural characteristics can be visually described exactly,and plant growth process can be simulated in a higher level.This paper discusses how to generate these plants architectural models by parametric L-system and how to create virtual plant according to those models.The axiom and productions to simulate those trees architectural models are presented in detail.It has been proved that the images of plant can be created conveniently and with a fast speed.
