飞来峡水利枢纽导流模型试验研究技术问题

摘    要:飞来峡水利枢纽工程施工导流设计流量达15500m^3/s,围堰修建在深厚软基上。围堰防冲安全是工程成败的关键技术之一,而施工期共和通是技术难点。通过明渠导流和河床导流方案的定床及动床模型试验研究,选择了河床导流方案,并联合使用多种柔性防护措施、增设水平块石护面作为防冲设施的第一道防一,使围堰安全可靠。软基冲刷、度汛、施工通航、船模型研究等均为该工程主要技术问题。

Abstract:Design discharge for construction diversion of Feilaixia Project amounts to 15500 m3/s.The cofferdam was built on a deep soft foundation. The safety of cofferdam against scouring is one of keys affecting the project construction.During construction period flood disposal and navigation are technical issues difficult to deal with.According to the tests on fixed bed and movable bed models for scheme of channel diversion and scheme of river-bed diversion, the latter has been selected in combination with multiple flexible protection measures.A horizontal block facing has been added to form the first protection front of anti scour facilities to ensure safety and reliability of the cofferdam.In addition, scouring of soft foundation,tiding over flood period, navigation during construction period and modeling of ships are also principal technical problems of the project.
