| 摘 要： | ECM即ElectrochemicalMachining，又可称为电化学加工和电解加工，是实现金属成型的一种特种加工工艺。文中阐述了ECM加工的特点、ECM的工艺性要求，并通过对叶片电解加工的分析，指出了叶片电解加工机床的设计经验要点。

The paper elaborates the feature about ECM and manufacturability demand for ECM, Through the in-depth analysis of electyochemical machining in blade,the paper points out main points of design experience about bladets electrochemical machining in machine tool. |
