DESIGN OF OUTER OPAQUE WALLS FOR THE SUSTAINABLE STEEL STRUCTURE SYSTEM

Building envelopes are the key to reducing the energy of building consumption.During the spread of sustainable steel structures,the materials and constructions of light-walls are also the key technologies.The paper introduces and classifies the varied walls materials and construction which are using widely in China and try to find the available light wall construction to fit the steel structure needs.Meanwhile the paper wishes to impulse architects to realize their effects and duties on the rapid development of steel structure buildings.
