摘    要:针对长冲程抽油机存在换向机构故障率高 ,平衡机构复杂及现场维修困难等问题 ,设计了新型LZCB长冲程链条抽油机 ,该抽油机采用对称布置的带滑动轴承的换向机构 ,有效地解决了链条的侧弯力矩问题 ,在回程过程中增加了表面喷涂处理的导向托架 ;特殊链节采用了双向加大宽度的带滑动轴承的导轮 ,使导向机械更加可靠 ;设计了通过 2个导向链轮连接的重力平衡机构 ,实现了精确平衡。LZCB长冲程链条抽油机具有运行平稳 ,换向机构简单 ,重力平衡调整方便 ,故障率低 ,维护方便等特点 ,达到了设计和现场使用的要求。

Abstract:LZCB long-stroke chain pumping unit is developed to solve the qroblems of the conventional long-stroke pumping unit, such as high fault rate of its reverse device and complicated configuration of balance mechanism. This new pumping unit adopts a symmetrically-arranged reverse device with slide bearing to solve effectively the problem of side bending moment, and uses a widened bidirectional guide wheel with slide bearing to make the guide mechanism more reliable. In addition, a gravity balance system connected by 2 guide chain wheels is designed to realize precise balance. The unit has the characteristics of smooth operation and simple reverse and convenient balance adjustment.
