| 摘 要： | 着重介绍了ＰＴＣＲＢａＴｉＯ３材料中的界面析出模型。界面析出模型能比例满意的解释ＢａＴｉＯ３材料中的ＰＴＣＲ效应，但是它是对以往模型的继承和发展。为了更深刻地理解界面析出模型，本文用了分析对比的方法，对各种模型进行了比较。

The model is the evolution of the previousmodels and the most satifactory model to explain thePTCR effect in BaTiO_3-based matetial up to date. Inorder to get more insight to this model,it isworthwhile to give a brief recollection about theprevious models. |
