柴油机振动分析及故障诊断

在分析柴油机主要故障类型的基础上提出从气缸盖和气缸体振动提取振动、频率特征信号，用微机系统进行频谱分析，用诊断系统对柴油机故障进行诊断。实践证明，系统是可行的，在柴油机故障诊断中，将得到广泛应用。

Diesel Engine Vibration Analysis and Fault Diagnostic System

Based on the analysis of the major types of diesel engine faults,a fault diagnotic approach to the diesel engine by means of the frequency characteristics of the response on the cylinder head and body surfaces is suggested.Spectral analysis on a forcrocomputer system and fault diagnosis by a diagnostic system are discussed.The system is proved to be applicable in practice.
