Analysis on the Problem of Yarn Breaking in the Use of Spandex

The yarn breaking mechanism of Spandex in unwinding process was expounded. The two mainreasons for the break——entanglement and bonding and other reasons were analyzed, so that Spandex pro-duction plant could optimize the process conditions, Spandex users could use Spandex in a more reasonableway to reduce loss and gain win-win.
