定子光纤激光焊接系统的设计

摘    要:针对大型定子的多层硅钢片焊接,采用2 000 W光纤激光器配合机器人进行焊接系统设计。焊接系统主要由机器人、焊接接头组件、夹具组件、变位机等部分组成。为防止产品在激光焊接过程中产生变形,设计了专业夹具对产品进行横向及纵向夹紧。由于产品直径较大(直径780 mm),设计变位机带动产品转动,同时配合机器人焊接,提高焊接效率。实际生产验证结果表明,该系统生产的产品达到要求,且生产效率大于1 pcs/min。

Design of fiber laser welding system for stator

Abstract:For the welding of multilayer silicon steel sheets in the stator, the laser welding system was designed using the 2 000 W fiber laser matching robot. The system was constied of robot, laser processing head, fixture module and displacement machine. To avoid the transformation in welding, the fixture module has the functions of clamp force in the horizontal and vertical simultaneously. The displacement machine matched the robot to improve the productivity for the diameter of the product was over 780 mm. The result of actual production showed that the quality of products meet requirements and the production efficiency is over 1 pcs/min.
