摘    要:工业化建筑具有效率高、质量好、绿色环保的特点,符合我国当前的科学发展要求.早期的大板建筑由于抗震性能差,一度遭遇瓶颈;新型的装配整体式结构改进了节点构造,其抗震性能与现浇结构相当.文章回顾了我国工业化建筑的发展历程,总结新型装配整体式结构的特点和关键技术,介绍万科在工业化建筑方面的实践与创新,并对工业化建筑未来发展提出建议.

Abstract:With features of high efficiency, good quality and environmental protection, industrialized buildings meet present requirements of scientific develop- ment of China. Large slab buildings in early phase once meets bottleneck as a result of their inferior anti-seismic performance; new assembled monolithic structure improved node structure and its anti-seismic performance is equal to field casting structure. This paper reviews China's development course of industrialized buildings, summarizes features and key technologies of new assembled monolithic structure, introduces Vanke's practice and innovation in industrialized buildings and proposes suggestion for future development in industrialized buildings.
