| 摘 要： | 装配整体式混凝土结构是实现住宅产业化最主要的结构型式之一.目前,在上海市装配整体式混凝土住宅中主要采用3类结构体系,即装配整体式混凝土框架结构体系、装配整体式混凝土剪力墙体系和预制混凝土夹心保温外墙体系.文章简要介绍了这3类体系的主要预制构造方案及其抗震性能的最新研究进展,其主要成果将为装配整体式混凝土住宅在上海市和全国其他地区的推广与应用提供参考.

| Abstract: | Assembled monolithic concrete structure is one of the most important structures for realizing housing industrialization. At present, 3 types of structural system are mainly adopted for assembled monolithic concrete housing in Shanghai, i.e. frame struetural system of assembled monolithic concrete, shear wall system of assembled monolithic concrete and prefabr/cated concrete cavity insulated outer wall system. This paper briefly introduces the latest research progress of main prefabri- cated structure scheme and anti-seismic performance of such 3 types of system. The main results will provide reference for popularizing and applying assembled monolithic concrete housing in Shanghai Municipality and other regions of China. |
