| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会经济的发展,土地集约利用的要求逐步提高,超高层住宅的建设正步入繁荣期.根据在超高层住宅设计方面积累的经验,对超高层住宅的居住心理、社区规划、区位特点、建筑设计、结构设计及其他技术问题进行论述,并结合实践项目介绍相关技术应用,以期为超高层住宅项目的设计与开发提供参考.

| Abstract: | With China＇s social and economic development, the requirements of intensive land use are gradually improved and the construction of ultra-high- rise residential buildings is stepping into the prosperity period. According to the accumulated experience in the design of ultra-high-rise residential buildings, the residential mentality, community planning, regional characteristics, building design, structural design and other technical problems of ultra-high-rise residential buildings shall be discussed; in combination with the practical project, the relevant technology application shall be introduced in order to provide the reference for the design and development of the ultra-high-rise residential building project. |
