摘    要:以毛细吸水时间(CST)及泥饼含固率(DS)作为污泥脱水性能指标,以石墨板为阴、阳电极板对污泥进行电化学处理。采用L9(34)正交试验法对电压、极板间距、处理时间、插入深度等4个因素进行优化研究。结果表明,4个因素对污泥脱水性能影响大小顺序为:电压>极板间距>处理时间>插入深度。最优条件为电压20 V,极板间距2 cm,处理时间20 min,插入深度6 cm,与原污泥相比,此时污泥CST下降19.6%,DS上升5.85%。

Abstract:Capillary Suction Time (CST) and Dry Solid (DS) were measured as a metric of the sludge dewaterability. Sludge had been treated by electrochemical methods with anode and cathode that were made of graphite plates in the electrolysis facilities. The factors contained voltage, electrode distance, electrolysis time and electrode insert depth and so on. The optimal parameters of these factors were determined by orthogonal test (L,(34)). The results showed that the order of the influence on dewatering performance was voltage 〉 electrode distance 〉 electrolysis time 〉 electrode insert depth. Moreover, the optimal parameters were voltage of 20 V, electrode distance of 2 era, electrolysis time of 20 min, electrode insert depth of 6 cm, respectively. Meanwhile, the CST of sludge has decreased significantly by 19.6%, DS has increased by 5.85% than that of untreated sludge.
