环形加热炉中车轮坯物料跟踪系统研究

摘    要:为准确判断车轮缺陷产生的原因,根据车轮坯在环形加热炉中的生产工艺和运行特点,基于PLC和组态技术开发车轮坯加热炉物料跟踪系统。利用PLC的自动控制功能和编码器的位置跟踪计算,结合自行设计的坯料标识码,实现车轮坯进、出环形加热炉和炉内的物料跟踪;采用组态王软件开发上位机监控界面,通过与下位机的实时通讯显示车轮坯炉内位置和生产工艺流程。模拟运行结果表明,该系统实现预期功能,达到了物料跟踪的目的。

Abstract:In order to judge the cause of wheel defects accurately, a wheel billet heating furnace tracking system was developed based on PLC and configuration technology, according to production process and operation characteristics of wheel billet rotary hearth furnace. Automatic control functions of PLC and position tracking calculation of the encoder were used, combined with self-designed billet code, wheel billet tracking is realized when the billet passes in and out rotary hearth furnace. Monitoring interface of host computer is developed by King-view software, wheel billet position and production process were displayed by real-time communication with lower computer. Simulation operation results show that intended functions of the system are realized, and the purpose of material tracking is achieved.
