摘    要:为提高缠绕机使用国产高模量碳纤维所生产产品的质量,解决缠绕过程中的纤维磨损和起毛等问题,研究纤维缠绕过程中张力和温度的控制方法,分析张力和温度两关键参数对缠绕制品质量的影响作用,给出相应的结构设计方案及控制算法。通过实验分别对缠绕过程中的张力和温度控制效果进行验证,结果表明该控制算法实现了不同温度参数下浸胶辊转速与张力变化之间的合理匹配和快速响应,消除了系统振荡,并实现了张力的稳定控制,提高了缠绕机的工作性能,从而大幅度提高了缠绕制品的质量。

Abstract:In order to improve product quality of domestic high modulus carbon fiber and solve the problems of wear and tear during winding process, the control methods of temperature and tension were studied. The effect of temperature and tension on the quality of the winding product was analyzed, the structure was designed and corresponding control algorithms were put forward. The effect of tension and temperature control was verified by experiments. The results show that the proposed control algorithms get quick response between speed and tension under different temperature and remove system shaking. The tension control system is stable, the workability of the winding machine is improved, and the quality of winding products is substantially increased.
