| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了最新的视频编码标准H．264／AVC的制定情况，详细叙述了H．264／AVC基本框架中采用的几个重要技术，最后比较了H．264／AVC和已有的几个编码标准的性能，H．264／AVC的压缩性能最好。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the research of the latest video compression standard H. 264/AVC, then details several important technologies adopted in the standard. We give a performance comparison of H. 264/AVC and present video compression standards, which indicates that H. 264/AVC has the best compression performance. |
