海洋深水钻井隔水管材料性能标准研究

摘    要:随着国内海洋深水油气田的开发,高钢级高强度钻井隔水管需求量逐渐增大。目前在深水领域所使用的这类管材基本上全部依赖进口,急需进行国产化研究。通过大量调研与隔水管相关的国内外标准后,发现在现有的国内外标准中,没有明确针对钻井隔水管材料性能的标准。为研究制定深水钻井隔水管材料性能标准,重点以508mm以上规格的X80钢级隔水管为研究对象,分析现有国内外相关标准,并结合材料试验,制定了X80钢级隔水管材料性能指标。钻井隔水管材料性能标准的制定,统一了隔水管材料的性能指标,弥补了各类标准不统一的不足,同时对推动我国海洋深水钻井隔水管国产化进程提供了技术支撑。

Abstract:With the development of deepwater oil and gas fields in China, the demand for high grade steel and high strength marine drilling risers is gradually increasing. At present, such risers used in deepwater drilling basically depend on importing, so domestic production research is urgently needed. After an investigation into national and foreign standards about marine risers, we have not found any standards specified for material properties of marine drilling risers. In order to establish such a standard, we analyze the existing standards and focus on revising the standard for the X80 steel risers with the diameter >508 mm in combination with its material test, thus, developing the material performance parameters of X80 steel marine risers. We believe that the establishment of this standard will provide technical support for the process of domestic production of the deepwater drilling risers.
