矿用电缆连接处温度智能监测仪的研制

针对国内煤矿井下电缆连接处温度监测方法的不足，研制了一种矿用电缆连接处温度智能监测仪。该监测仪采用AT89C52单片机作为控制器进行数据处理与分析，利用单总线技术的温度传感器DS18820实现信号采集，并以200～1000Hz、4～20mA两种信号形式实现数据远程传输；同时，该监测仪还具有声光报警、USB数据存储等功能。现场试运行表明，监测仪测量精度高，声光报警及时、可靠，远程信号传输准确率高。

Research and Development of Intelligent Monitor of Junction Temperature for Cables Used in Mining Industry
