摘    要:通过优选碱含量低的原材料、采用高硅率生料配料、改进熟料煅烧工艺操作、合理控制水泥粉磨指标,研发生产了水泥碱含量小于0.40%、熟料硅率为3.5的低碱高硅率高铁水泥,满足了国家重点工程高铁建设项目需要。

Research and production practice of low alkali, high silicon content, high-speed railway cement
Abstract:By selecting raw materials with low alkali content, using high silicon content raw materials, improving clinker calcination process operation, and reasonably controlling cement grinding indicators, low alkali and high silicon content high-speed railway cement with cement alkali content less than 0.40% and clinker silicon modulus of 3.5 has been developed and produced, meeting the needs of national key high-speed railway construction projects.
