基于Modbus总线的变频调速系统设计

摘    要:在变频调速控制系统中,通过采用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)与变频器间的Modbus通信方式,实现对变频器工作参数的远程设定和调整,并对变频器工作状态进行实时监控.现开发了基于Modbus通信的变频调速系统,并说明了该系统的硬件组成和相关软件开发.

Abstract:The variable frequency speed regulation control system,through the use of PLC with Modbus communication between the drive to achieve the operating parameters of the drive and adjust the remote settings,and real-time monitoring the working status of the drive.Modbus communication was developed based on the variable frequency speed requlation system,and the system hardware and related software development were described.
