摘    要:数控机床的数控系统的可靠性对数控机床质量起着非常重要的作用,但其故障信息是少信息的,如何对其故障做出合理的预测,具有重大的实践意义和理论价值。灰色系统理论是研究贫乏信息的科学理论,具有广泛的适应性。在GM(1,1)建模思想的基础上提出了一种逐步优化的建模方法。应用该模型对数控机床数控故障的预测进行了应用,效果令人满意,它为数控机床故障预测提供了科学而合理的新方法,值得推广使用。

Abstract:The reliability of NC system of NC machine tool is very import ant for the quality of NC machine tool As its data is not more, how to use a little data to forecast its future is very useful in theory and in practice Grey system is a theory which studies poor information specially, and it possesses wide suitability Based on the GM(1,1) modeling method in the document -,we put forward a step by step optimum method A example is given in NC system fault prediction of NC machine tool So a high precision model for it and a good method are established It can be widely used
