汽轮机叶片除垢工艺与腐蚀安全性分析

摘    要:为保证汽轮机通流的经济性与安全性,需对动叶片进行除垢,除垢方式的选取,应在除净垢的同时,必须保障叶片不受损伤,以某电厂由例,1台100MW汽轮机大修揭缸发现高压通流腐蚀严重,尤其动叶片为甚,部分级围带有损坏现象,经过机组运行、检修、化学取样分析认为,产生此现象的基本原因由于不当的除垢方式所致。

Abstract:In order to guarantee the economics and safety of the trubine flow path,removing existent dirtines of moving blades is needed.the selection of the mode of removing the dirtiness is based on the following:clearing up the scale and ensuring the blade not to be damaged necessarily.There was a 100 MW unit of one power plant,which was found after opening the turbine cylinder that its high pressure flow path was seriously erosed,especially moving blades,and the shroud of partial stages was damaged a little during its overhauling.According to the analysis of operation,overhauling and chemical sampling,it is considered that the fundmental reason is the unsuitable mode of removing existent dirtiness.
