摘    要:我国中职校烹饪教育在新时期得到迅速发展,烹饪中等职业教育发展前景良好,但是作为中职校烹饪专业发展的重要组成部分——烹饪教师师资问题却日益突出,本文通过问卷调查,全面了解了当前中等职业学校烹饪专业师资的现状,并提出了对策与解决措施。

Abstract:Cuisine courses in secondary education have been developing rapidly in recent years.However,the promising prospect is gloomed because of a shortage of cuisine teaching staff.This paper,based on a questionnaire survey,presents the present conditions of the cuisine teachers in secondary education and then puts forward suggestions for dealing with the problems.
