国产活性炭-甲醇吸附式制冷性能研究

摘    要:建立了一套活性炭-甲醇吸附容量测定试验台,对国产活性炭的吸附性能进行了测试,得到有关吸附方程式Dubinin-Astakhov(D-A)的关联参数,并对国产活性炭-甲醇吸附式制冷循环进行了模拟计算,讨论了循环COP及单位质量活性炭制冷量Qf等主要参数。与国际上流行的活性炭AC-35相比,国产活性炭材料作为固体吸附式制冷机的吸附剂;具有与AC-35相近的COP,但单位质量制冷量Qf较AC-35差些。

Abstract:n experimental setup for measuring adsorption capacity of activated carbonmethanol pairs is constructed. and the adsorption properties of domestic-made activated carbons. such as Shanghai carbon particles 18# and Jiangxi powder carbon 809. are measured. some important parameters of D-A adsorption equation are thereby determined.Computer simulations are carried out for basic adsorption refrigeration cycle. the COP of a cycle and the refrigerating load Qf of activated carbons are specially studied. the results show that the domestic-activated carbons have COPs close to that of AC-35 activated carbon if they are used as the adsorbent in an adsorption refrigerator. but their refrigerating loads Qf are comparively smaller than that of AC-35.
