新型节能配电变压器的经济性分析及选型建议

摘    要:S13型、S14型和非晶SBH15型变压器都是非晶合金变压器,是具有节能效果的变压器新产品。文章分析了这些变压器的损耗特性,并采用TOC法比较其技术经济性。从与S11型变压器比较的结果可知,非晶SBH15型的空载损耗最低,S13型变压器的负载损耗最低,因此,在使用这些变压器替换已有的变压器时,要根据变压器的用途和费用加以选型。

Abstract:S 13, S 14 and noncrystal SBH 15 are all noncrystal alloy transformers, the kind of new products of transformer with characteristics of energy saving. This paper analyzes the loss performance of these transformers, and compares their characteristics in technology and economy. The results from comparison with S11 type show that SBH15 is the best in the off-load loss while S13 is the best in the on-load loss, so when to replace the existing transformers, it is necessary to choose the transformer type according to the purpose and cost.
