浅谈发电厂主控大楼二次系统的防雷设计

摘    要:参照国家标准并结合防雷经验,针对雷害来源,提出了深圳前湾发电厂主控楼二次系统设备的综合防雷措施。认为,发电厂主控楼防雷首先应根据楼房结构架设一个环行均压等电位接地网;楼房外部防止直击雷应安装接闪器、引下线和接地装置;内部电子设备应安装浪涌保护器(SPD)以降低起源处过电压及过电流。主控室设备的电源及信号系统应安装浪涌保护器及可靠接地;防电磁干扰应安装金属网格屏蔽。采取以上措施后,保证了主控楼的设备安全可靠地运行。

Abstract:According to the national standard and the experience of lightning protection,aim at the source of lightning,a synthetical lightning protection method for control building secondary system in the Shenzhen Guangqian electric power Co.Ltd.is proposed.In this paper,to prevent the lightning strike to the control building,firstly,an annular equipotential earthing network should be designed according to the structure of building.The external lightning protection system must include a lighting receiver,a down leading wire and an earthing device,and the surge protective device(SPD) should be installed with the electronic equipments to decrease the over-voltage and over-current at the original terminal in the Internal lightning protection system.The SPDs must be installed on the power supply system and signal system at one time in the distribution network,and all equipments must be earthed reliably.The metal shielding grid for avoiding the electromagnetic interference is designed.The actual results show that above measures can insure the secondary system equipments in control building running reliably and safety.
