| 摘 要： | 针对住宅工程屋面防水的重要性,探讨了住宅工程屋面防水的基本要求,从设计、材料及施工三方面阐述了防止住宅工程屋面渗漏的措施,指出只有对住宅屋面防水工程的材料、设计和防水每一个环节都不忽视才能改变屋面防水工程的现状。

| Abstract: | According to the importance of the roof waterproof of the housing project,the author discusses the basic requirements of the roof waterproof of the housing project,describes the prevention measures of the roof leakage of the housing project from the design,the material and the construction, points out that only the waterproof,the design and the material of the roof waterproof of the housing project are not neglected,can the present situation of the roof waterproof project be changed. |
