基于ARM的液压系统智能数据采集终端硬件设计

摘    要:针对液压系统的特点,设计了基于ARM的智能数据采集终端系统。该系统通过传感器对油压、流量和温度3类信号进行采集,调理后的数据经过ARM处理器S3C2440进行处理和压缩,压缩后的数据利用GTM900C无线传输模块远程传输。整个系统硬件电路分为主控电路部分、数据采集部分和无线传输部分。

Abstract:Considering the characteristics of hydraulic system, the ARM-based intelligent data acquisition termi- nal system was designed, which collects the pressure, flow and temperature signals through the sensor, then it processes and compresses the collected data via S3C2440ARM processor as well as has them transmitted through GTM900C wireless module. The system hardware circuit consists of the main control circuit, data ac- quisition part and wireless transmission module. The well-completed circuited of the system can achieve the data acquisition, processing and transmission through the software.
