| 摘 要： | 对水利水电工程物流进行管理，以达到工程项目的投资、进度、质量三个控制的预定目标，就必须构建并完善现代水利水电物流管理体系、解决最优订货策略、信息管理、随机情况下的库存风险管理和安全库存量的确定，并结合专业化的物流公司来进行运作，以提高效率、降低成本、保证质量、最终实现工程建设的整体最佳效益．

| Abstract: | The modern logistics management system should be established with the characteristics of order strategy, information administration, stock risk management and safe stock certification in order to ensure the cost, process and quality of the engineering. It is also suggested that the specialized logistics companies should be integrated with at the aim of high efficiency, low cost and maximization profits. |
