摘    要:针对单线圈式永磁机构真空断路器的特点,介绍了一种基于单片机的单稳态永磁操动机构的智能控制装置,并对该装置的设计过程及工作原理进行了详细分析,同时给出了智能控制装置的信号放大以及采样电路.通过ORCAD仿真软件,对真空断路器的合、分闸控制过程进行了仿真,并给出了智能控制装置在合、分闸过程中电流变化的曲线,最后给出了智能控制装置在分闸过程中的软件程序代码及电磁兼容设计方法.

Study on the Intelligent Controlling Device for one of Monostable Permanent Magnetic Operating Mechanism
Abstract:Through the analysis of the characteristic of the monocoil permanent magnetic, this article introduces one of the intelligent devices for one of Monostable Permanent Magnetic Operating Mechanism using chip microcomputer, analyses the design procedure and operating principle in detail, and supplies amplifying, filtering, analog - digital converting circuit at the same time. This article applies ORCAD simulation software, emulating the current changing curve of the vacuum circuit breaker in the switching and splitting process. The intelligent device supplies the various protection instructions and software code in the controlling process, and supplies the design method of EMC at the last.
