| 摘 要： | 介绍循环水系统结垢腐蚀后的处理和改造。对个别腐蚀结垢比较严重的列管式冷凝器进行单台酸洗钝化。对整个循环水系统进行不停车清洗和预膜 ;循环冷却水改用井水 ,循环回水管道上增设旁滤器 ,监测PO43 - 值 ,小于 9mg/L时加缓蚀剂 ,定期投加杀菌灭藻剂等 ,较好地控制系统中的管道及所有换热设备的结垢腐蚀状况。

| Abstract: | The treatment and modification of fouling and corrosion of circulating water system is discussed.The sell and tube exchanger which is corrosion and fouling seriously is proceeded in acid rinsing and deactivated.The whole circulating water system is treated,such as cleaning no power-off and prefilm,replacing the circulating cooling water with well water,installation side filter in the circulating back water pipe,determination the PO 4 3- value,adding retarding corrosion agent while the PO 4 3- value is less than 9 mg/L,adding biocide regularly so that the fouling and corrosion condition of the system pipe and all the heat change equipment is controled well. |
