机械结构轻量化设计的研究

摘    要:研究探讨了一种设计计算法,其特点是:应用设计的初始形状得到的数值结果以及刚度矩阵的增量,便能有效而经济地解决机械结构轻量化的问题,其中,特别是灵敏度函数的计算方法,计算简单,执行方便,能在个人计算机上进行计算通过数值计算实例,证明了计算方法的正确,可靠及其经济性,表明了这种方法用于形状优化的设计计算是可靠而实用的

Abstract:This paper deals with the computation method whose feature is to solve the light-weight problem in mechanical structure in an efficient and economical way by using the numerical value obtained from designing the original structure shape and the increment of stiffness matrix Especially,the computation method of sensitivity function,being simple and easily used,can be carried out on personal computers It has been proved by computation examples that the method is correct,reliable and economical It is also shown that the method can be used in structure optimal designing reliably and practically
