摘    要:在钢铁材料表面改性的基础上,提出了反应生成Si3N4陶瓷覆层的思想。热力学及X-Ray衍射分析表明,通过热浸渗技术可在碳钢表面制备性能优异的Si3N4陶瓷覆层。
