Si—Al2O3系陶瓷粉末压制性能及其规律性的研究

摘    要:研究了不同成型剂及压制压力水平对Si-Al2O3系陶瓷粉末压制性能的影响。并计算了该粉末的压制性能参数。结果表明,成型剂的添加显著改善了陶瓷粉末的压制性能,同时为Si-Al2O3陶瓷粉末压制压力的选择提供了理论依据。

Abstract:This paper deals with the effect of binder and pressure on the compaction properties of Si-Al 2 O 3 ceramic powders,and compaction performance parameters of the powsers are casculated. The results show that addition of the forming agentss can noticeably improve the compaction properties of the ceramic powders and thus provide the theoretical criterion for selecting the compaction pressure of the ceramic powders.
