粉末冶金汽车制动摩擦材料

摘    要:对粉末冶金材料在MM-1000型摩擦材料试验机上与购买的国产石棉型衬片作对比制动实验(对偶为HT20-40灰铸铁).实验结果表明,粉末冶金材料的摩擦系数比石棉材料高,耐磨性好,但对对偶的磨损却比石棉材料大,而含短纤维Al2O3的粉末冶金材料较之含颗粒状Al2O3材料的摩擦系数低,耐磨性好,对对偶的磨损也较小.

Abstract:The wear and friction behaviors of sintered material processed with powder metallurgy techniques are presented in this paper. The tests were performaed in a MM 1000 apparatus using HT20 40 gray cast iron as the wear friction couple and compared with disc pads containing asbestos that were made in China. The results have show taht the friction coefficient of the sintered material is more higher than that of the asbestos containing material. The sinteried material containing short Al 2 O 3 fibbers has lower friction coefficient than that containing particulate Al 2 O 3 ,and has better wear resistant wear resistant and less wear to its couple.
