摘    要:对双滚筒采煤机采高状态、牵引速度、工作面倾角以及运行位置进行实时监测,并将以上信息通过CAN总线传输给操作台旁的井下分站,再通过工业以太网将数据传输到井上的监控室,并可在监控室的可视化平台上模拟显示井下采煤机工作的动态画面及监测数据。这一系统的实施,可使井上人员及时了解工作面实际采煤情况,便于采煤工艺的落实和管理,提高工作效率和管理水平。

Abstract:An on time monitoring and measuring was made on the cutting height status,haulage speed,mining face inclination and running position of the coal shearer.Then the above all information ware transmitted the substation near the control table in underground mine via CAN bus and transmitted to the monitoring and control room at the mine surface via the industrial Ethernet.The dynamic pictures of the coal shearer operation in underground mine and monitoring and measuring data can be simulated and displayed on the visualized platform in the monitoring and control room.With the simulated display in the monitoring and control room,people on the surface can on time understand the actual mining operation in the coal mining face which could let the coal mining technology practiced and managed and could improve the working efficiency and management level.
