摘    要:采用有限元方法对对齿聚磁结构参数进行了优化分析。研究发现,在密封间隙一定的条件下,影响对齿聚磁结构 聚磁效果的主要结构参数是极齿宽度和齿槽宽度,而极齿高度的影响并不显著;极齿宽度的影响受极靴材料饱和磁化强 度的限制,达到饱和磁化之前,减小极齿宽度有利于间隙磁通的汇聚;达到饱和磁化之后,进一步减小极齿宽度将会导致 对齿间隙磁通密度的下降,这种下降将在对齿间隙的中央区域发生,而且非常显著。

Abstract:The dimension parameters of the magnetic flux converging structures with opposite pole teeth for magnetic fluid sealings were optimized by two dimensional finite element methods. The results show that tooth width and groove width are more effective parameters than the tooth heights on the magnetic flux distributions. The magnetic flux converging effect, which is confined by the saturation magnetization of the pole material, increases with the minimization of tooth width before the tooth magnetization become saturated, decreases markedly after the saturation point, in the mid region areas of the sealing gaps.
