摘    要:针对高炉内部环境复杂,煤气流分布实时检测困难的问题,本文提出了一种基于料面温度场的高炉煤气流分布的识别方法。首先,充分利用高炉生产过程检测信息建立料面温度场。其次,对高炉中心和边缘煤气流发展水平进行提取,采用模糊C-均值聚类方法对高炉煤气流分布模式进行识别。实验证明:该方法能有效反映高炉煤气流分布状态,有利于指导高炉的布料操作。

Abstract:Considering the difficulty in measuring the real-time gas flow distribution of blast furnace (BF), this paper proposes a recognition method for the gas flow distribution of BF which is based on the temperature field of burden surface. Firstly, the measuring information of BF process is utilized to establish the temperature field of burden surface. Secondly, the gas flow developing level in the central and peripheral regions of upper BF is extracted, in order to employ fuzzy C-means clustering to recognize distribution pattern of gas flow. The experiments show that the method proposed in this paper can achieve the distribution status of the gas flow accurately, so that it provides an efficient way to guide burden operation.
